Ingredients

  • 1 heaping tsp Wild Orchard Rose Green Loose Leaf Green Tea
  • ¾ cup hot water (just below boiling at 176°F)
  • ½ cup unsweetened sparkling water or seltzer
  • Optional: honey or agave, to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: fresh mint, rose petals, or a twist of lemon

Instructions

  1. Steep the tea
    Add 1 tsp of Wild Orchard Rose Green loose leaf tea to ¾ cup of hot water. Steep for 1½ minutes, then strain and let cool to room temperature (or refrigerate).
  2. Add optional sweetness
    If desired, stir in a touch of honey or agave while the tea is still warm.
  3. Pour and sparkle
    Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the chilled rose green tea, then gently top with sparkling water. Stir lightly.
  4. Garnish and serve
    Finish with a sprig of mint, a few dried rose petals, or a twist of lemon peel for a fragrant, elegant touch.
