Wild Orchard’s Black Matcha is a rare find—crafted from roasted, full-sun tea leaves, ground into a fine powder. It’s robust, chocolatey, and naturally smooth, with coffee-like depth and gentle caffeine that sustains without the crash. Grown regeneratively on Jeju Island, it’s rich in antioxidants and full of intention.

This unique matcha pairs beautifully with creamy, nutty, or fruity bases—like coconut water.

Ingredients

For the iced base:

  • ¾ cup cold coconut water
  • Ice cubes

For the vanilla matcha foam:

  • ¼ cup heavy cream or non-dairy alternative (like oat or coconut cream)
  • 1 tsp Wild Orchard Black Matcha powder
  • 1–2 tsp pure maple syrup or preferred sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Start with the base
    Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in cold coconut water until about ¾ full. Set aside.
  2. Make the vanilla matcha foam
    In a small bowl or frother, combine the cream, black matcha powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Froth until thick, silky, and well blended. (A hand frother or electric whisk works well here.)
  3. Pour over and serve
    Slowly pour the vanilla matcha foam over the iced coconut water. Let it cascade, float, and swirl.
  4. Sip mindfully
    Stir gently or sip as-is—each layer offers a new moment of flavor.
