Refund policy

 

1. Can I return my order?  What if I decide I don’t like the items I ordered?

All teas are final sales, as they are food items and for safety reasons cannot be accepted back once they’ve left our facility.  However, if you are unhappy with any non-food items for any reason, please reach out to us and we will walk you through our return guidelines. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

2. What if my items are defective, incorrect or incomplete?

If you feel your order arrived with missing, incorrect or defective items, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  While we are not responsible for damages caused in transit after the items have left our facility, please let us know if you’ve receive any damaged or defective items and we will work with you to investigate the situation and help resolve it to the best of our abilities.
