Dessert doesn’t have to be loud to be indulgent. Sometimes, the softest flavors leave the deepest impression. Meet your new ritual: the Berry Brûlée Green Tea Affogato—a floral, fruity take on the Italian classic, reimagined with regenerative green tea and creamy simplicity.
Traditionally, an affogato is made with a shot of hot espresso poured over vanilla gelato. It’s a dance of contrast—hot and cold, bitter and sweet, rich and light. With tea, we take that same idea and soften it. The result? A mindful moment in a glass. Gently brewed Berry Brûlée green tea with notes of wild berries and caramelized sweetness. A slow pour. A melting scoop. A scoop of calm.
What Makes This Recipe Special
Wild Orchard’s Berry Brûlée Green Tea, a naturally sweet, antioxidant-rich blend that combines regenerative green tea leaves with raspberry, strawberry, and mallow blossom. Think summer fruit, wildflowers, and subtle warmth. It pairs beautifully with a high-quality vanilla ice cream or plant-based alternative.
This tea affogato is a perfect treat for warm afternoons, elegant brunches, or quiet evenings when you want a little something extra—but still light and grounding.
A Special Collaboration
This recipe was created in collaboration with Lisa Day, the talented cook, photographer, writer, and publisher behind A Day In The Kitchen. Known for her beautifully thoughtful approach to food and flavor, Lisa brought her creativity and care to this tea affogato—capturing both the art and ease of this indulgent, tea-forward dessert.
We're honored to share her recipe and imagery with our Wild Orchard community, where simple rituals meet regenerative goodness.

Why It Works
The beauty of this affogato lies in its balance. The concentrated tea brings warmth and complexity, while the ice cream adds creaminess and contrast. Unlike espresso, green tea has a gentler lift—offering calm, focused energy instead of a jolt. It’s a quiet indulgence. A mindful pause.
A Mindful Dessert for Everyday Moments
At Wild Orchard, we believe tea isn’t just a beverage—it’s a moment of connection. With nature, with flavor, with stillness. The Berry Brûlée Green Tea Affogato is a delicious way to end a meal, start a weekend, or treat yourself to something that feels both elevated and grounding.
Brew. Pour. Melt. Enjoy.
