Lavender Green Iced Tea: A Summer Ritual of Calm
Iced Lavender Green Tea is a moment of stillness, cooled. As it touches your lips, you'll first notice the soft floral lift of lavender—gentle, never overpowering—like a breeze through blooming fields. Beneath it, the green tea carries a clean, vegetal brightness with subtle sweetness and no bitterness, thanks to its regenerative roots on Jeju Island.
Served cold, the flavors unfold slowly. The floral notes linger lightly, the organic green tea grounds the palate, and a touch of lemon or honey, if added, brings balance. It’s refreshing and restorative—an herbal breeze for warm afternoons, or a quiet pause between moments.
This is not just iced tea. It’s clarity in a glass.

For a slower, more meditative approach, you can also prepare this tea as a cold brew. The result is a softly layered infusion that invites you to sip with intention.
Cold Brew Variation
For a slower, gentler infusion, embrace the art of cold brewing. Add 3 heaping tablespoon of Wild Orchard Lavender Green Tea to 1.5 liters of cold, filtered water. A touch of dried culinary lavender (½–1 teaspoon) can deepen the floral essence, if desired. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight for 12–14 hours, allowing the tea and lavender to unfurl at their own pace. When ready, strain and serve over ice. The result is a softly layered, refreshing tea—cool, calming, and perfectly attuned to the rhythm of the day.
Sweeten and enjoy!
Leaves can be hot or cold brewed 2-3 times.
