Official Rules – Wild Orchard Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Wild Orchard (the “Sponsor”), participating brands, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

Wild Orchard, Inc., located at 100 S. Bedford Road, Suite 340, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 USA, is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, click here and follow the instructions to submit your name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Wild Orchard, subject to the option to unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a trip to the Wild Orchard Farmstead on Jeju Island, South Korea, including airfare, lodging, a guided farm tour, and related experiences. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): up to $2,000 USD. The actual value may vary depending on travel arrangements. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The experience may include attendance at the Wild Orchard Festival, if scheduled during the travel period.

6. Winner Selection

On or after March 31, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and another potential winner selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Canadian Residents Only: In order to be declared a winner, a selected entrant from Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered via phone or email.

7. Taxes

U.S. winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Canadian winners are responsible for any applicable Canadian taxes or duties. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to U.S. winners for the value of the prize, if required.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and participating brands to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating brands, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. For Canadian residents, disputes may also be subject to the laws of the province of residence.
