Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 1 month in advance. We can sometimes accommodate 2-week bookings depending on availability.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.
What are your service areas?
We serve NYC metro including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, and Fairfield County, CT. Contact us for details.
Do you need electricity?
A standard 110-volt outlet is helpful but not required. We can operate fully without power for all cold drink service.
What milk options do you offer?
Organic whole milk (Origin Milk, ROC®), organic barista oat milk (Minor Figures), and coconut milk (Vita Coco).
What payments do you accept?
Credit card and ACH transfer for brand activation invoices. For guest-pay events, we handle all cashless POS transactions.
Can you create a custom drink?
Yes, custom drink creation is available on Signature and Celebration packages. We love building around your campaign.
How fast can one Matcharista serve?
Each Matcharista crafts 50-60 drinks per hour. Our packages are sized with the right team for each guest count.
