1 cup (240mL) water 160°F (71°C) 1½~2 Tablespoons (5g) tea First brew: 1 minute Second brew: 45 seconds Third brew: 1 min 30 seconds
Time begins at start of pour.Leaves can be brewed 3-4 times.
COLD BREW RECIPE:
16oz (473ml) water 150-156°F (65-69°C) 7g tea 15 minutes refrigeration
Strain all at once and enjoy. The strained tea leaves can also be hot-brewed for a flavorful cup of tea.
