How to Enjoy Wild Orchard Matcha

Unlike traditional matcha green tea which is grown shaded, then processed to remove the veins and stems, our unique matcha is made of tea leaves grown in full sun— unshaded, with all the veins and fine stems intact. This results in a very astringent yet deeply flavorful tea (for delicious lattes without the bitterness, follow the recipes below). Our farmers chose to create this whole-leaf, full-sun matcha because of the intensity of the resulting nutrients. This is also in line with the Wild Orchard way of doing things: wild, regenerative, organic, and processed as little as possible.
