Brewing Instructions for All Our Teas
LOOSE LEAF HOT TEA Early/Mid/Late Spring Green Tea, Oolong, Black Tea, Morning Citrus, Berry Brûlée, English Cottage, Sunday Brunch, Sweet Sorbet, Rose Green, Lavender Green, Peppermint Green, Spearmint Green DIRECTIONS: Boil water + let cool to the correct temperature (see chart at the bottom). Place 1 heaping Tablespoon (4g) tea leaves into a small teapot. Pour 1 cup (240mL) water over the tea leaves. Let steep for 1-2 minutes. Pour the tea over a strainer into a cup.
