  • released 1994

John Houshmand's first album with the Ten Martian Boys picks up where his earlier Laurasia work ends.

New instrumental compositions for guitar and group are a synthesis of orchestral music, solo guitar pieces and group improvisation - a "chamber jazz" for the 1990's.

Lush waltzes are punctuated with percussive tribal chants, rambling guitar concoctions are laced with catchy violin and sax melody lines.

Funky, dreamy, postmodern - full of surprising twists and turns.
